Welcome to Oneros Tech Pvt Ltd. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile applications, and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. User Agreement

By using Oneros Tech's platform, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old or using the platform under parental/guardian supervision.
• You will provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You will not misuse our services, engage in fraudulent activities, or violate any applicable laws.
• You will comply with all community guidelines and ethical conduct expected from learners.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

• Course access is granted only to the registered user and cannot be shared, transferred, or resold.
• Oneros Tech reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any course or content without prior notice.
• Course validity and access duration will be specified at the time of enrollment.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

• A one-time non-refundable registration fee is required to secure enrollment.
• The course fee is non-refundable once paid.
• If Oneros Tech fails to start the course on the scheduled date or delays the program by more than 2 weeks, students may choose to:
  a. Continue with the revised schedule, or
  b. Apply for a full refund.
• If Oneros Tech cancels the course entirely, students are eligible for a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the cancellation notification.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Any payment-related disputes must be raised within 7 business days of the transaction.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All course materials, content, logos, and branding are the intellectual property of Oneros Tech.
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing of course content is strictly prohibited.
• Violators may face legal action and permanent account suspension.

5. User Conduct

By using our platform, you agree not to:

• Engage in plagiarism, cheating, or unethical behavior during courses.
• Use abusive, offensive, or harmful language in any interactions.
• Disrupt the learning experience of other students or violate the integrity of the platform.
• Hack, exploit, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its data.

Oneros Tech reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including account suspension, for any violations.

6. Privacy & Data Protection

• Your personal information is collected and processed as per our Privacy Policy.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
• We do not sell or misuse your data but may share it with authorized service providers for operational purposes.

7. Third-Party Services

• Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. Oneros Tech is not responsible for their content, policies, or reliability.
• Users interacting with third-party tools or services should review their respective terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Oneros Tech makes every effort to provide accurate, high-quality course content, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our services.
• We are not liable for technical disruptions, unauthorized access, or third-party breaches affecting service availability.
• In no event shall Oneros Tech be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Amendments & Updates

• Oneros Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
• Continued use of our services after updates implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Varanasi, India, as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, India.
